This year for the first time ever, Chabad hosted Chanukah parties at Drexel's medical and law schools! At these events, both students and faculty were treated to a wonderful Chanukah celebration.
To expand the chanukah celebration, chabad hosted chanukah parties and menorah lightnings across campus. Including some of the Greek houses (AXP, AEPi and Tri Sigma)
On the 7th night of Chanukah, Chabad helped host a Channukah BBQ at the Jewish fraternity on campus, Alpha Epsilon Pi. At this events, we had the pleasure of the lighting the 9 ft. menorah that proudly stands tall on the frat's front lawn thanks to a generous grant from Chabad on Campus.
On the last night of Chanukah, Drexel students gathered on Race st to light the CANorah (Menorah out of canned food). The cans were later donated to JRA (Jewish Relief agency) of Philadelphia.
